1. Use of Platform
You agree to:
- Provide accurate registration details
- Not use the platform for fraudulent purposes
- Comply with all applicable event / venue rules
We may suspend accounts in case of misuse or breaches.
2. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are processed digitally.
- A valid email or phone number is required for confirmation.
- Tickets are issued only after successful payment.
3. Event Changes or Cancellations
- Event organizers may modify event schedules, speakers, or venue.
- NeuroX is a technology platform and not the event owner — responsibility for event delivery lies with the respective organizer.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software associated with NeuroX are the property of Neurocode International Pvt. Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, or resell any part of the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
NeuroX is not liable for:
- Loss due to event organizer cancellations or changes
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Loss of user data due to technical disruptions
Use of the platform is at the user’s discretion.
