Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket Refunds

  • Refund requests will be reviewed based on event organizer rules.
  • Refunds are only applicable if the event organizer allows cancellation.
  • If refunds are applicable:
    • The amount may be refunded minus processing fees charged by payment partners.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizer

If an event is cancelled:

  • Full or partial refunds may be issued based on organizer terms.
  • NeuroX will assist in processing refunds but is not financially liable .

3. No-Show Policy

If a registered attendee does not attend:

  • No refund will be issued.
