Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket Refunds
- Refund requests will be reviewed based on event organizer rules.
- Refunds are only applicable if the event organizer allows cancellation.
- If refunds are applicable:
- The amount may be refunded minus processing fees charged by payment partners.
2. Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled:
- Full or partial refunds may be issued based on organizer terms.
- NeuroX will assist in processing refunds but is not financially liable .
3. No-Show Policy
If a registered attendee does not attend:
- No refund will be issued.
